This Barge comes with a leasehold mooring which the owner informs me has 63 years to run.
A traditional Dutch Barge commonly known as a 'Luxemotor Barge'. These vessels cannot be mistaken.
This boat has sail potential and would originally have been used as a small cargo vessel. They lend themselves to conversion and make first class liveaboards.
This is an excellent example of its type. The vessel offers well proportioned and spacious accommodation. The internal fittings are very well appointed. This vessel is very homely and comfortable. She has a most definite feel which I liked.
If you are looking for a good liveaboard then this most certainly has to be on your list.
